Prices
At Action Kids – Børn i Bevægelse, we reserve the right for any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Reservations are made for sold-out items.
Payment
Action Kids – Børn i Bevægelse accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and bank transfer. Payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been dispatched. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. Reservations are made for pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
Action Kids – Børn i Bevægelse strives to dispatch orders placed before 5:00 PM on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.
We ship throughout Denmark. Shipping prices start from DKK 25. Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided when ordering.
We do not deliver outside Denmark, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Your items are shipped with PostNord or GLS.
Note: If there is no space at the pickup point, the parcel will be moved to the nearest pickup point, and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact customer service.
Deliveries are made on weekdays. Your item will be delivered within 1–3 business days after ordering.
Certain items may have special delivery terms, which will be specified prior to purchase.
Right of Complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction.
The right of complaint does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product or service. Complaints must be made within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. Action Kids – Børn i Bevægelse will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.
Refunds
In the case of a refund, please include your bank details (registration number and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information may be provided by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to process the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
The withdrawal period begins on the day:
– You receive the order.
– You receive the last item in physical possession, if the order consists of multiple items delivered separately.
– You receive the last batch or part, if the delivery consists of multiple batches or parts.
– You receive the first item, if the agreement concerns regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
You must bear the return shipping costs yourself.
Withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and the item must be returned no later than 14 days after notifying withdrawal. Notification must be sent by email to kontakt@actionkids.dk, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw from the purchase simply by refusing to accept delivery without clearly notifying us of your intention to withdraw.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The following item types are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
– Items made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
– Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.
– Items that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
– Items where the seal has been broken.
– Fully performed non-financial services, where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service is fully performed.
– Digital content not delivered on a physical medium, where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
– Newspapers, magazines, or journals, except for subscription agreements.
– Agreements concluded at public auctions.
– Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return.
You are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged. A copy of the order confirmation must be included. Processing will be faster if you also complete and include our withdrawal form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash-on-delivery.
Condition of Returned Items
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you may test the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond this, it is considered used, meaning that upon withdrawal you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of return. To receive a full refund, the item must be tested without being put into actual use.
Repayment
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you paid.
In the event of a value reduction for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you provide documentation that the item has been returned.
